Fatigue

The frequency of my production of artworks from my hobby is kind of decreasing. It seemed that from my hobby, I produce just a couple of artworks per week. And sometimes, there are weeks that I make none. Is it because I have so much art block for reserving many ideas for my future E-ink tablet? Well, that's one of my reasons, but what I want to address is that currently, I feel constant tiredness both physically and mentally but more mentally. It's called "fatigue". And it turns out that I'm right. It is fatigue, both physical and mental. This fatigue is likely affecting my motivation and creativity, decreasing my productivity with my hobby. Because even once-a-week biking doesn't work, even energy-giving multivitamins. Many years ago, my family told me that I was kind of anaemic but in fact, I'm not.

Exercise more

Yeah, you are going to advise me to exercise more. But the question is, how will I go to exercise more? With my formal college schedule that starts at the time that I woke up until dusk and slept late struggling to hang out with my all-nighter friend who had the same scenario, this is the same scenario in 5 days, with only two rest days. You know, that was a disadvantage of a formal academic college with a case of autistic youth, taking much of your time for college with many subjects which is mentally exhausting actually in my case making it quite hard to brainstorm for school activities ending up cramming at deadlines. But with vocational college, I only focus on one subject and I have more time to exercise and have hobbies. For exercising, I always go biking, for, with that exercise, I can go out and have a tour around the town to freshen my mind.

Get Enough sleep

Another piece of advice to improve sleep quality is to ensure that you get a sufficient amount of rest, typically ranging from 7 to 10 hours. However, this can be challenging when trying to maintain a social life with friends who also have late-night schedules due to work demands. Additionally, being a heavy-thinker at night can make it difficult to unwind and fall asleep easily. In such cases, taking sleeping supplement pills after dinner can help promote early bedtime and enable you to wake up refreshed at 6 AM, providing ample time for exercise before 8 AM. By prioritising rest and incorporating these strategies, you can improve your overall well-being and sleep routine. It is important to note that relying solely on sleeping supplement pills is not a long-term solution, and it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating them into my routine.

Eat good food

Another remedy is to eat good food. You know, I like to change my lifestyle in food, it's not good to eat meat more often than fruits and veggies. The problem currently is that my family still stick to the old-fashioned way of serving fruits and veggies. They didn't even provide canned natural fruit juices for us. They only buy them for themselves, they consider fruits as desserts. But in Paradise, we will eat fruits only. So why not give it a try to have a fruit-only diet? I'm planning on doing this when I settle on my own, especially when it's lent. Transitioning to a fruit-only diet can be a beneficial choice for both our health and the environment. By consuming fruits as the main source of nutrition, we can ensure that we are getting essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants while reducing our carbon footprint. Additionally, incorporating this diet during Lent can serve as a meaningful way to practice self-discipline and mindfulness towards our food choices.

The problem with veggies is that my parents still stick to old-fashioned serving, making it inedible for my sense of taste. But vegetables can be juiced and can be mixed with natural fruit juices especially when it's raw because it is richer in nutrients when it is raw. Take a carrot, for example, I very much don't like its taste, so I avoid it when it's in big chunks instead of being finely diced when it's served in Shepherd's Pie. But when it's juiced, I could just simply swallow it immediately in one go without tasting it, because when you chew carrots, you can still taste it. But swallowing it immediately dulls its taste. Juicing carrots not only helps to mask their taste, but it also retains more of their nutritional value. Additionally, consuming raw carrot juice provides a quick and convenient way to benefit from its nutrients without the need for extensive chewing.

There are lots of hacks for your vegetables to make them edible to your taste. You just need some tools which for me are seen on shopping tv channels. For potatoes and pumpkin, you can make soup by blending it with water. For leafy vegetables and carrots, you could simply juice them and mix them with fruits with what they call a "nutrient extractor" (if you don't want to leave the pulp behind). And to the slimy veggies and bitter gourd, that's 100% no to me. With legumes and beans, I can make soups from them like lentils (mung beans actually in my country). You can make dairy-free milk from almonds and soybeans. In addition to these options, you can also use legumes and beans to create delicious and nutritious dips or spreads. Additionally, almonds and soybeans can be used to make dairy-free alternatives such as yoghurt or cheese.

My plan for the future was to change cooking oil. My family uses fatty palm oil which is a norm in my country making it not suitable for dips. But I want to use olive oil (extra-virgin is the healthiest) instead which has much less saturated fat (saturated fat leads to a higher risk of heart disease). In Europe and the Middle East, they used olive oil for dips and sauces. But I will try my best not to use oil for frying meat and potatoes (I will use an air fryer instead) but use it for sautéing spices and frying rice. Using olive oil for sautéing spices and frying rice is a great choice, as it adds a delicious flavour to the dishes. Additionally, olive oil has been found to have numerous health benefits, such as reducing inflammation and improving heart health. Therefore, incorporating olive oil into your cooking routine can be a healthier alternative to using fatty palm oil for dips.

A Drastic Lifestyle Change is needed but it will be done when I'm free.

So, with the current conditions, I have and I'm not yet that independent, it's still not the right time for me to have that lifestyle change. And yes, I'm daydreaming about it while watching Shopping channels since they have inventories that can contribute very well to my lifestyle change and their prices, it's specially discounted as long as you buy at the mall section of a shopping website to ensure its legibility. However, I understand that making a drastic lifestyle change requires careful planning and consideration. I need to prioritise my responsibilities and work towards achieving financial independence before embarking on such a significant transformation. In the meantime, I can continue to gather inspiration and ideas from shopping channels to help shape my future goals.

When the plan to settled, I planned to live as my friend's neighbour so that could hang out with her, not only virtually, but also personally it would be more fun, so that I didn't stay up all night just her, at least, I spent a time with her in my available time. Once I settle on my own, I will immediately start this lifestyle change with items that I bought from the stores and having a part-time job so that I can balance work and play very well. Well, why a part-time job? That will be another topic so that I can elaborate on it. Having a part-time job will not only provide me with financial stability but also allow me to gain valuable work experience and develop important skills. Additionally, it will allow me to meet new people and expand my network, which can be beneficial for future career prospects.
